Welcome to the McWilliam's Wines Academy
Our wine training services were established in 2004 as the first Registered Training Organisation (RTO) within an Australian wine company. Our primary focus is to provide relevant, accredited, nationally certified wine education services to our staff, business partners and the wine retail and hospitality industries.
Education is the key to the continued development and success of the Australian Wine Industry. As an RTO, the McWilliam's Wines Academy provides a formalised environment for certified courses that consistently delivers Australian wine professionals.
Our courses are designed to provide a logical progression through the tasks and challenges that confront wine professionals on a daily basis working in wine retail, restaurants, hotels, motels, cellar door, clubs, airlines and general wine industry positions. These qualifications also comply with the guidelines of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and are nationally consistent with all qualifications relevant to vocational education and training.

As an Approved Programme Provider (APP) for the internationally recognised Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) of London. McWilliam's Wines Academy offers the following qualification as their Certificate III - Gold Level in Wine Knowledge:
